  • 15-25+ hours a week can possibly provide a monthly income of $4,500-$90,000.

It all depends on how invested you are in the business and how much time you put into sales. There are two different ways to earn:

  1. Personal sales – the perks are 25-30% commission, 50% off of your sample items, no quotas to fill or credit card processing fees, as well as, easy returns.
  2. Build a sales team – you can build your team up to any size as there is no limit to the number of team members one has. You receive coaching commissions on your team sales starting with the first person you sponsor and earn up to 18% commission on the overall team sales.

You choose the method in which you would like to work! You can host In-Person Trunk Shows where you style your guests and sell your jewelry and accessories. This option is said to generate the most income. Online Trunk Shows provide a little more freedom. You can receive the same benefits and perks as the In-Person shows, but it is all done online.

If you are too busy another team member can share the post you create and you will both earn money. There is the option of doing One-on-One Personal Styling which allows you to provide special attention to your clients, which, will possibly build up you personal preferred customers list. It all depends on how you want to do it. If your team members live in the same area you could also have team shows with each of you having the chance to earn some money and rewards.

Stella & Dot are a Better Business Bureau accredited company with an A- rating. The company is well known and the products are desired by many. The pricing makes the items affordable so the chances of making a sale are good. The opportunity to work how you choose, when you choose is just another added perk within the company.

The commission rates are fairly high and the chances to earn free items will result in pure profit or a future gift to someone else. The fact that Stella & Dot contribute to charitable organizations gives stylists a sense of purpose when they host Trunk Shows. The company has been operating for over a decade, which ultimately paves a strong foundation. Whether you choose to work alone or build a team there is opportunity to generate an income without the need for any outside work. You get what you put into the company.

The freedom that comes with being your own boss in the company has it’s advantages and knowing that you have a good support system if need be provides a sense of security. Having a team will essentially provide more opportunity to generate higher income.

While it’s possible to make money with S&D, there are better ways to make money and feel good about what you’re doing. Nothing against the company, but the MLM industry as a whole has flaws leaving the top dogs with all the profits and the rest of the 99% to clean up the scraps.
